Hi,

First is your operating system set to support Cyrillic characters? For example are you able to type them in NotePad?

After that, do you have your default font set to one that supports Cyrillic characters?

Go to File->Preferences menu. Select "Basic Notes Client Configuration", then click "Default Fonts". Set your fonts to a related Cyrillic one.

Then create a new email and try typing.
